I started the shop for a lawnmower and expected your normal mower buying experience. I received so much more at Reed and Reed. They were personable and very responsive. I used their financing option and they called me back to get my information in exactly 5 minutes as they said they would, then called me back in 30 minutes as promised with my payments and options. Now days it is rare to find a company that returns calls period, let alone so quickly and at the exact time they told you that they would! Reed and Reed also had an amazing selection and unlike in a typical hardware store they could tell you every detailed difference in every model and help you pick the perfect piece of equipment for your yard or business. The financing options they have were great, and blows even the big chain retailers away. The paperwork took 5 minutes on the phone and maybe 5 minutes in person! Not to mention their prices were very reasonable. Lastly, and the best part in my opinion, were the people. They were very patient with my questions, helped us load our zero turn up, and even helped us patch our truck tire! Once we loaded the mower up we noticed we had picked up a nail in our truck tire on the way. The Reeds helped us patch it up and filled us back up with air and wouldn't take payment for that extra service. Above and beyond service and just great people!
